Founding of the company as a sole proprietorship by Wilfried Rodlauer.
Conversion into a GmbH – the team grows with long-standing companions.
Following the passing of Wilfried Rodlauer, Ing. Dieter Schenk and Robert Hahn take over management, with Aurelia Rodlauer as authorized signatory.
30th company anniversary.
Relocation of the company headquarters to Vienna; Ing. Christof Mayer becomes authorized signatory.
Dipl.-Ing. Patrick Fleck is also appointed as authorized signatory.
40th company anniversary.
Generational change: Management passes to Ing. Christof Mayer and Dipl.-Ing. Patrick Fleck; Karin Dallinger becomes authorized signatory.
